树立科学的发展观和人才观 努力提高财经类人才培养质量

高校的大规模扩招,既为高等教育大发展带来契机,也给教学和人才培养工作带来压力。本文通过分析财经类高校在扩招后面临的严峻形势,提出当前财经类高校的首要任务是要树立科学的发展观和人才观,努力提高人才培养的质量,并结合高校工作实际,提出了加强教学工作,提高人才培养质量的相关举措。

Pursuit of a scientific outlook on development and talented persons, making efforts to improve quality for educating talented person in finance and economics

Colleges and universities expansion plan on a large scale not only brings the higher education a good chance to develop forward but also brings pressure to bear on the task of teaching and educating persons with ability.Through analyzing the severe situation that the colleges and universities of finance and economics face after the expansion,this paper puts forward that the principal tasks for the colleges and universities of finance and economics are to pursue a scientific outlook on development and a viewpoint of person with ability,and to try to improve the quality of educating persons with ability.This paper also brings forward some related measures to enforce the teaching task and to improve the quality of educating persons with ability in line with the practical work in the colleges and universities.
