An Inquiry into the Developing Model of Venture Investment Fund in China |

| Abstract: | The nature and function of venture investment fund are introduced in the paper.Comparing the developing process with Chinese economic development,the developing barrier,developing model,and related developing suggestions of venture investment fund are also put forward in the paper. |
