| Abstract: | The problem of agriculture, village and farmer has been the biggest problem of all - round oonstruction of affluent society in this new century. County eoonomy has been the new thought of solving the difficulties of agriculture, village and farmer. Developing oounty economy is the basic way of solving the difficulties of agriculture,village and farmer, and must be done from the development of county eoonomy, city economy and support from national policy. |
