| 摘 要： | 本文在介绍DEA方法的基础上,以某高校10个学院为研究对象,选择教职工数、教学设备总值与在校学生数、学术论文分别作为投入指标和产出指标,运用DEA的C2R和BCC模型,对其运行效率进行了综合分析和评价,并针对运行效率较低的系提出了一些改进建议。

| Abstract: | With the introduction of DEA method as a basis, the present paper analyzes and measures comprehensively the functioning efficiency of ten departments in a chosen university. Numbers of the university staff and the total value of teaching facilities are chosen as input indexes, and numbers of students studying in campus and that of academic papers as output ones respectively. Moreover, C2R and BCC models in the DEA method are also employed in the research. Besides, some suggestions are further proposed to the inefficient departments for improvements. |
