The Method of ATM Network Performance Management |

| Abstract: | The goal of this paper is first to describe how to realize the ATM network performance management functions. This is using the technology netword performance monitoring to provent and adjust the degration of the QOS. The OAM monitoring cell monitoring system structure are designed and the measurement method of the performance parameters and the architecture of performance management are proposed. |
