| 摘 要： | 根据ＩＴＵ 关于ＳＤＨ技术体制的建议，本文讨论了ＳＴＭ－ １ 和ＳＴＭ－ ４ 开销处理、ＳＴＭ－ ４ 的复用和解复用较易实现的方案，利用电路ＣＡＤ软件的仿真结果以及硬件测试结果都证明文中讨论的实现方案是正确的
