Enhanced-coagulation for algae removal from enrich nourishment water

Presents the effect of enhanced coagulation with a composite chemical containing ferrate upon algae removal with results showing that enhanced coagulation is efficient for algae removal. A comparison made between enhanced coagulation with composite ferrate and conventional pre chlorination, indicates that algae removal efficiency of the former was higher than that of the latter. And the algae removal efficiency can be further improved by extending the time of enhanced coagulation with the composite chemical containing ferrate.
