| 摘 要： | 结合对安大略省ESL教学的调查研究，在英语学习者的学习动机、态度、师资，以及人才培养目标和英语教学大纲方面提出了我省高职英语教学存在的差异。从教学目标的定位、教学大纲的设计、教师队伍的构建以及教学效果的科学评估方面，提出了我省高职英语教学改革方式。

| Abstract: | In accordance with the writer's investigations on the teaching and learning of ESL in Ontario,Canada,this paper is to expatiate on the existing problems in the teaching and learning of EFL in higher vocational colleges of Jiangsu Province in terms of English learners' motivation,attitude,teaching and learning objectives,and curriculum design,etc.;meanwhile,the writer's personal views are proposed on how to reform the provincial higher vocational English teaching in the aspects of positioning the teaching and learning objectives,designing the teaching curriculum,constructing the teaching staff and effectively assessing the learners' English proficiency. |
