| 摘 要： | 辅导员是高职院校学生思想政治工作队伍的重要组成部分。辅导员队伍素质的高低将直接关系到高职院校学生能否健康成长,也直接影响到高职院校学生培养的目标。因此,做好高职院校学生的思想政治工作必须以辅导员队伍的培养和建设为突破口。
