| 摘 要： | 面对期刊业改革发展的各种机遇与挑战,应加强科技期刊创新型复合型编辑出版人才队伍建设,重视创新型复合型编辑出版人才的开发与培训,注重培养和选拔科技期刊学术性经营性的领军人物,营造有利于创新型复合型人才成长的环境和机制,不断提高编辑出版人员的综合素质与能力,实现科技期刊的跨越式发展。
