| 摘 要： | 基层教师党支部建设是高职院校党建工作的重要内容之一,因此,认真分析基层教师党支部建设工作的现状,不断研究和探索新的工作思路和方法显得尤为重要。根据高职教师党支部情况,探索高职院校加强支部党员示范岗建设和基层党支部工作创新,不断提升基层教师党支部建设的工作水平。

| Abstract: | The development of teacher＇s Party branch is one of the most important jobs in higher vocational colleges. Thus, it is very essential to analyze the construction status of teacher＇s Party branch and to study and develop new ideas and methods during the work. Based on the current situation of higher vocational college teachers＇ Party branch, this paper presents some suggestions on how to strengthen the construction and innovation of the model Party branch in higher vocational colleges, so that to improve the work lev- el of construction of teacher＇s Party branch. |
