| 摘 要： | 高职院校创业教育中存在着教育观念落后、创业教育环境不完善、创业教育资源配置不足以及创业实践欠缺等问题,不利于高职生创造性能力与创业能力的培养。应实施以人为本的创业教育,消除创业教育中功利主义的价值取向,营造良好的创业创新型人才培养环境,创新人才培养模式,加强创业教育实践教学,不断提高高职生综合素质与创业创新能力。
