摘    要:培养提高高职生的创业心理品质在高职学校创业教育中具有重要意义。创业自我效能感是自我效能感在创业领域的具体体现,是个体对自己能否进行和创业相关的任务或活动的主观评估。根据班杜拉自我效能感理论,采用团体心理辅导方式对高职生进行创业自我效能感培养,在成功体验、他人的替代性经验、社会劝说及情绪状态四个方面设计辅导方案,旨在探索促进高职生创业心理品质培养的新途径。

Group Counseling Design of Higher Vocational College Students' Entre pre ne ms hip Education Based on the Theory of Self-efficacy

Abstract:It is important to cultivate and improve higher vocational college students' psychological quality of entrepreneurship education. En- trepreneurial self-efficacy is a concrete manifestation of self-efficacy in the field of entrepreneurship. It is also the subjective assessment of the individuals on their ability to undertake the entrepreneurship related tasks or activities. According to Bandura's the- ory of self-efficacy, adopting the paper puts forward the group counseling on higher vocational college students' entrepreneurial self-efficacy trating from the four aspects of successful experience, others vicarious experiences, social persuasion and emotional state to design guidance program to promote and explore new ways of cultivating higher vocational college students' psychological quality of entrepreneurship.
