| 摘 要： | 通过对数字图像的处理,从而实现一种全新的实时监控系统的方法。该方法具有全数字化、智能化及网络化的特点。还讨论了实现的方法及原理。采用该方法实现的监控系统相对其它监控系统而言,可节省许多硬件及费用,并且它可广泛用于对重要场所的实时监控以及无人监控。

A Design and Implementation of Monitor System Based on Digital Image Processing |

| Abstract: | This article focuses on a new method of realizing the instant monitoring system through digital image processing. This method boasts of the characteristics of digitalization, intelligence and network. The article also presents us the methods and principles of the implementation. Compared with other monitoring system,this one enables us to save a lot of hardwares and cost. It can be widely used in important places and unmanned monitoring. |
