通过调查表明:大学生对国家的创业政策不甚了解,缺乏创业的心理准备,但对创业活动能冷静思考,保持着积极的心态。大学生希望优化市场环境,加强创业指导。为此,国家和地方政府、企业和学校应该加强大学生的创业教育,并在政策、资金、技术和管理培训等方面提供支持与帮助,使大学生成为高级人才就业的一种有效方式。

Analysis of the Idea for Future Undertaking of College Students

How to educate university students about creative abilities is an important subject to contemporary higher learning. Such survey shows college students are not well aware of state policy and lack good preparations for future undertaking. Meanwhile, they keep calm and are active in occupation education. As for their need, students expect a good market environment and vocational guide. Thus, both the central and local government, both the enterpriser and university should implement the occupation education and offer support in policy, fund, technology, knowledge of management and skills. This will lead to an effective way to produce talented students.
