自适应模糊滑模控制裹包机的交流系统设计

摘    要:针对接缝式裹包机的交流伺服系统控制精度差的问题,提出了采用自适应模糊滑模控制器,控制永磁铁同步伺服驱动系统。仿真和实验结果表明,系统对于多数变化和外面负载扰动的鲁棒性大大提高,而且控制力大为降低。

Abstract:This paper proposes the position Control of a PM(permanent magent) synchronous servo motor drive using an adaptive fuzzy sliding mode control system,works out the solution to the problem of poor stable precision in AC servo system of packging binding machine of joint stitch type. Simulation and experimetal reaults have shown that the proposed adaptive fuzzy sliding mode controllers are robust with regard to plant pmeter variations and external load disturbance and control efforts are much reduced.
