| Abstract: | The water based mixed coating in steel castings was developed using brown corundum powder and zircon powder as refractory materials of foundry coating. The experiment of mixed sintering and rheologic properties shoed that the studied coating was of good properties resistant to high temperrature and good thixotropy, and the steel castings using the studied coating were of fine surface finish and no meta1 penetration. |
