| 摘 要： | 针对汽车图像的复杂背景和多变的光照条件，提出检测图像中汽车牌照的新的算法，该算法简单，快速，通过对车牌的结构进行分析，设计了一种匹配模板，用该模板和片照候区域进行比较，找到最符合的一个区域，以确定牌照的位置，此外，还介绍了笔画统计算法，散热片除算法。

| Abstract: | This paper presents a new algorithm of taking out characters from vehicle image in the complex condition of light. The algorithm is simple and fast. It designs a model through analyzing the structure of vehicle License plate, likest area and the position of the plate can be determined through contrasting the model and the similar area. In addition, strokes statistics and some or ther algorithms are addtd to the algorithm. |
