辽宁省发展电子商务的政策环境模型研究

选择符合可持续发展和多元化社会需求的住宅结构体系，大力发展电子商务，推动企业信息化建设，需要国家、地区制定相应的优惠政策，为加大政策扶持力度，把辽宁老工业基地建设成为以电子商务产业为支撑的新型工业化基地，利用SWOT模型分析了辽宁省发展电子商务的环境，找出辽宁省发展电子商务的优势、劣势、机会和威胁.根据分析的结果，在充分调研的基础上，总结出影响辽宁省电子商务发展的主要因素.并运用ISM模型进行分析评价，在此基础上提出辽宁老工业基地发展电子商务的对策.

Research on policy environment model of developing E-commerce in Liaoning

To develop e-commerce vigorously and to promote information construction among enterprises,the central and local governments must make a series of preferential policies and strengthen the support(efforts) in order to turn the traditional Liaoning industrial base into the newly-industrialized base supported by e-commerce.The SWOT analysis approach is utilized to find out the advantages,weaknesses,(opportunities) and threats through analyzing the environment of developing development of e-commerce in Liaoning Province.On the basis of fully surveying and studying,the main factors influencing development of e-commerce are summarized.ISM model is used to evaluate the conditions,and the countermeasures are proposed.
