摘    要:DWG图纸中零件轮廓线提取是计算机二维不规则自动排料的数据预处理工作,对提高排料的自动化有重要的实用意义.分析了原始轮廓线自动提取的原理,说明了实现轮廓线数据获取的步骤,并针对实际处理中存在的复杂情况给出了解决方法,包括图块和多义线的处理,轮廓线走向判定以及圆弧的折线化.所做工作充分考虑了实际应用,能够处理复杂图纸并提高了轮廓线提取工作的自动化程度,实验数据表明,该方法有较好的性能且能满足实际需要.

Abstract:Part outline extracting in DWG drawing is the data preprocessing for two-dimensional irregular auto-nesting problem,and has significant meaning for enhancing auto-nesting.The principle of original outline (extracting) was analyzed and the step of outline data acquiring was explained.The solution approach for the complicated situation in practice such as block and poly-line processing,direction judgment and curve transforming,was presented.The present work considers practical application(sufficiently).(Complicated) drawing can be dealt with and the automatic degree of outline extracting is(improved).The(experimental) data has shown that the approach has better performance and can meet the practical(requirement).
