摘    要:为研究地铁施工对地下管线的影响情况,以沈阳地铁1号线为工程背景,对盾构法施工引起的地下管线沉降规律及现场监测数据进行分析,说明所采用的施工方法和监测方案是安全可靠的.利用ABAQUS软件建立了能够更加全面合理地模拟施工过程中各种因素影响的三维有限元模型,以实际的地层参数、施工参数及相应的管线变形监测数据等作为样本,利用所建模型对隧道施工中的管线沉降进行对比分析,总结在施工阶段管线沉降量的变化情况,计算结果基本满意.实测数据分析结果和有限元模拟结果表明,盾构施工地下管线的变形在安全运行允许的范围之内.

Abstract:In order to study the influence of subway construction on the underground pipeline, the underground pipeline settlement rule induced by shield tunneling construction and the corresponding locale monitoring data were analyzed with taking Shenyang Metro Line 1 as engineering example. And the safety and reliability of the adopted construction method and monitoring scheme were verified. A three dimensional Finite Element Model (FEM) with considering various influencing factor more roundly and reasonably was established by ABAQUS software. With taking the practical stratum parameters, construction parameters and pipeline deformation monitoring data as samples, the underground pipeline settlement was analyzed comparatively, and the variation in the settlement amount of underground pipeline during the construction was summarized. The calculation results are basically satisfied. Both monitoring data analysis and FEM simulation result show that the underground pipeline deformation induced by shield tunneling construction is in the tolerance range of safe operation.
