摘    要:介绍了一种基于DSP的泵用永磁无刷直流电动机驱动器设计方案,目的在于提高水泵系统的效率和功率因数.提出了一种新的低成本控制器主电路结构,并根据水泵节能原理设计了系统控制软件.在转速、电流双闭环控制中,电流环采用传统PI控制,转速环中应用Fuzzy PI开关控制.转速环根据转速误差的大小选择PI控制或Fuzzy控制,提高了系统的响应速度和转速的控制精度.该系统与感应电机变频调速系统成本接近,但是具有高效率、高功率因数的特点.实践证明该种方案可以作为水泵系统的节能方案加以推广.

Abstract:According to technical requirements of PM brushless DC motor(BLDCM) used for water pump,a new control system with low cost based on digital signal processor(DSP) is presented.The aim is to improve the efficiency and power factor for water pump.Based on the analysis of energy saving principle of water pump,control system software was designed.A conventional PI controller was implemented in the current loop.A Fuzzy PI hybrid control scheme was applied to the speed loop,which was to improve the dynamic and static performances of the system.The BLDCM system is superior to a frequency conversion system of induction motor in efficiency and power factor at a close cost.It is shown that the proposed scheme can be popularized as an energy saving technology for water pump system.
