自密实再生骨料混凝土的基本力学性能

摘    要:为了揭示以100%再生骨料作为粗骨料的自密实再生骨料混凝土(RA-SCC)的基本力学性能,以及比较其与天然骨料混凝土(NA-C)、天然骨料自密实混凝土(NA-SCC)之间的力学性能差异,进行了混凝土抗压强度等级为C30~C50的力学试验研究.结果表明:与NA-C和NA-SCC相比,RA-SCC的拉压比更小、脆性更大,而棱柱体强度与抗压强度的比值略有提高; RA-SCC的抗折强度与抗压强度的比值与NA-SCC基本相同,但显著低于NA-C; RA-SCC的弹性模量小于NA-C和NA-SCC.

Abstract:In order to reveal the fundamental mechanical properties of recycled aggregate self-compacting concrete(RA-SCC)with 100% recycled aggregate as coarse aggregate and compare the differences of mechanical properties concerning RA-SCC, natural aggregate concrete(NA-C)and natural aggregate self-compacting concrete(NA-SCC), the mechanical experiments for the concrete with the compressive strength grade from C30 to C50 were performed. The results show that compared with the NA-C and NA-SCC, the RA-SCC has smaller tension-compression ratio and greater brittleness, while the prism compressive strength ratio of RA-SCC is slightly greater. The flexural compressive strength ratio of RA-SCC is approximately equal to that of NA-SCC, but significantly lower than that of NA-C. The elastic modulus of RA-SCC is lower than that of NA-C and NA-SCC.
