电容法油罐多液位测量仪的研究

摘    要:基于含水率不同的原油其有效电容介电常数不同的理论和油罐不同高度其含水率不同的特点,提出了一种粗线、实时测量原油分离罐多液位的方法.详细地介绍了测量原理、系统组成以及工作过程等,进行了理论分析和试验,取得了如期的效果.此油罐多液位测量系统对于掌握油田的油量和油罐的排水量有十分重要的实用价值.

Abstract:In this paper,an online,real-time measure approach that used for measuring crude oil tank multi-interface has been proposed based on the theory of effective capacitor dielectric constant can be affected by water content ratio in crude oil and the character of water content ratio change with the height of the tank.Measurement theory is given,system configuration and working process are introduced in detail.It is proved by theory analysis,as well as experiment results,that the method is feasible for oil tank multi-interface measuring.Developing of this instrument really has practical value in control of oil qualities in oil fields.
