油气管道漏磁检测的信号处理技术

摘    要:漏磁信号处理是漏磁通法油气管道无损检测的重要步骤.为减少目前漏磁信号处理中人为因素过多的问题,通过分析各种干扰漏磁信号的因素,提出了漏磁信号智能化处理的流程和方法,可提高油气管道漏磁检测结果的客观性、准确性和一致性.并介绍了漏磁信号处理技术的发展趋势.

Abstract:Signal processing is important part of magnetic flux leakage (MFL) in nondestructive testing(NDT) of Oil-Gas pipeline. There are many human effects in the MFL signal processing. This paperdescribes the factors disturbing the MFL signal, and parents the procedure and main method of MFLsignal intelligent processing which can improve the objectivity, veracity and coherence of pipeline MFLtesting result. The level and the trend of development of the MFL signal processing are also introduced.
