水费计量远程抄表控制系统抗干扰技术

摘    要:介绍了水费计量远程抄表控制系统的抗干扰问题.通过对控制系统计量结果以及周边环境的分析,找出主要干扰信号,并针对此干扰信号幅度大、脉宽大的特点,在软件上设计了具有特色的长延时软件滤波抗干扰措施,同时采用了相应的屏蔽、双绞线传输以及安装滤波电容等硬件抗干扰措施.通过以上软件及硬件两种抗干扰措施的实施,干扰信号被有效控制,系统的计量准确性得到了很大提高.实践表明,这些抗干扰措施简单易行、经济实用、提高了控制系统的可靠性.

Abstract:The problem of anti-jamming in long distance meter control system of water rate measurement is introduced firstly.By analyzing the measurement results and surrounding environments,major interference signal was found out.According to the major interference signal which featured by big amplitude and pulse width,a special long-time-delay-filter program was designed for anti-jamming.Hardware anti-jamming techniques such as shielding transmission in twisted-pair and capacitor filter were applied.After using these approaches,interference signals can be effectively controlled,and the accuracy of measurement is greatly improved.These anti-jamming measures are simple,economical and practical.The reliability of the control system is improved as well.
