Φ273管道的电磁励磁仿真模型分析与实验方法

摘    要:针对永磁磁路优化及仿真模型不准确的问题,提出了一种以直流电磁铁为励磁源的仿真模型,分析在不同磁路特征下直流电磁励磁的磁化效果.利用COMSOL有限元分析软件建立Φ273管道电磁励磁模型,对管道缺陷特性进行分析.搭建Φ273管道漏磁内检测永磁励磁实验平台.结果表明:直流电磁铁与永磁体作为励磁源具有相同的磁场特性,电磁励磁仿真模型可以准确描述永磁磁路,为永磁磁路的优化设计及直流电磁励磁在管道缺陷检测的工程应用提供理论依据.

Abstract:Aiming at the inaccurate problem of permanent magnetic circuit optimization and simulation model, a simulation model using a DC electromagnetic as excitation source was proposed, and the magnetization effect of DC electromagnetic excitation under different magnetic circuit characteristics was analyzed. An electromagnetic excitation model for Φ273 pipeline was established with COMSOL finite element analysis software, and pipeline defect characteristics were analyzed. A permanent magnetic excitation experimental platform for internal magnetic flux leakage detection of Φ273 pipeline was established. The results show that, as excitation sources, DC electromagnet and permanent magnet have the same magnetic field characteristics, the electromagnetic excitation simulation model can accurately describe the permanent magnetic circuit, providing theoretical basis for the optimal design of permanent magnetic circuit and the engineering application of DC electromagnetic excitation for the detection of pipeline defects.
