摘    要:蚁群算法是一种新型的模拟进化算法,该算法通过模拟蚂蚁觅食的方式,使一定数量的蚂蚁在解空间内进行随机搜索,对路径上蚂蚁释放的信息素进行更新,按照转移概率决定前进的方向,最后收敛于全局最优解.对蚁群算法的模型进行了改进以提高其全局寻优速度,用国际标准函数对改进算法进行验证,并对一台15 kW的永磁同步电机进行优化,取得了满意的优化结果,为永磁同步电机的设计提供了一种新的有效方法.

Abstract:Ant colony algorithm is a new evolution algorithm, which simulates the way of ant hunting for food. At first, some ants search randomly in the solution space, then update pheromone, and select the heading directions according to transition probability. Finally, the optimization problem converges at the global optimum solution. A series of schemes to improve the global optimization properties have been proposed, and the validity of the improved algorithm has been verified using a testing function. Moreover, a satisfactory optimum solution for a 15 kW permanent-magnet synchronous motor has been obtained. And the effective design method for permanent-magnet synchronous motor has been suggested based on the improved ACA.
