摘    要:在复杂结构焊接热过程及应力变形分析中,经常遇到曲线焊接路径,其动态焊接热源建模难度大,往往难于实现.为解决该问题,研究了曲线焊接路径热源自动建模方法,实现了曲线上动态焊接热源建模,并为多段直线、环形以及平面曲线焊接路径提供了焊接位姿的定义方法.进一步针对难于用方程直接描述的空间复杂路径、根据焊接结构特征提出辅助圆捕捉法来获取路径上的随动焊枪位姿.利用辅助圆捕捉法,用户可以通过简单的参数输入和CAD操作完成曲线路径动态焊接的热源自动建模.

Abstract:The problem concerning the curve welding paths often exist in the analysis on both welding thermal process and stress deformation for complex structures.The modeling for the heat source of dynamic welding is difficut to be realized.In order to solve the above-mentioned problem,the automatic modeling method for the heat source of curve welding paths was investigated,and the modeling for the heat source of dynamic welding with curve paths was realized.In addition,the definition methods for welding pose on such welding paths as multiple segment straight line,circle and plane-curve paths were provided.Aimming at the spatial complex paths which are difficult to be directly described by formulas,an auxiliary circle capturing method was proposed to obtain the servo welding gun pose on the paths according to the features of welded structures.With the auxiliary circle capturing method,the automatic modeling for the heat source of dynamic welding with curve paths can be completed through the simple parameter input and CAD operation.
