耐海水腐蚀铸铁保护膜的成分分析

摘    要:耐海水腐蚀铸铁的相对耐蚀性较普通灰铸铁高出4倍,主要得益于在腐蚀过程中,其表面形成了一层保护性能优良的保护膜.用电子探针分析了该保护膜的成分分布并初步证实,膜内有Al和Si的富集层,且有相当数量碳的富集,故而有可能形成一种新的结构.

Abstract:The relative corrosion resi sting of seawater corrosion resisting cast iron is four times higher than that of grey cast iron, which mainly benefits from the well performing protective layer formed when cast iron is being corroded. With component analysed of the protective layer, it points out that because the protective layer is enriched by component Al and si,as well as considerable carbon, a new structune can be formed.
