小角度检查仪检定不确定度分析

摘    要:详细分析了检定小角度检查仪的不确定度来源及相应标准不确定度分量和自由度,在此基础上计算出合成不确定度和有效自由度,最后给出在置信概率为99%时的扩展不确定度,使得量值传递更加可靠。

Abstract:In this paper, detailed analysis of measuring the uncertainty sources of small angle tester, the corresponding standard uncertainty components and degree of freedom is given. On the basis, the syn- thetic uncertainty and effective degree of freedom is proposed. The expanded uncertainty is put forward when the confidence probability reaches 99%, which makes the dissemination more reliable.
