| 摘 要： | 旧房(区)改造工作已经逐渐成为住宅建设的工作重点之一.建立旧区住宅性能的综合评价体系,可以为城市旧区住宅的拆除、保留和改造提供借鉴.本文构建城市旧区住宅性能的综合评价体系,并应用模糊综合评判方法建立住宅性能的模糊综合评价模型.

| Abstract: | Old house renovation has come to be one of the most important work in Chinese housing industry. Building a evaluation system for old dwelling house can be much useful to the decision of demolition, reser- vation and reformation of old dwelling. On the base of investigation, this paper has built a fuzzy assessment system for old dwelling using fuzzy assessment theory. An example is presented to illustrate how the system works. |
