| 摘 要： | 建筑节能不仅在缓解全球环境和能源安全问题中起到至关重要的作用,而且是可持续发展战略的重要内容.在回顾建筑节能历史的基础上,较全面地对建筑节能的技术途径和政府所起的调控作用进行了综述,最后对中国的建筑节能提出了一些建议.
