机织物撕裂破坏机理及其影响因素

摘    要:采用单缝法对机织物撕裂破坏机理进行了分析,对6种织物进行了撕破强力的测定。利用MATLAB的多元回归分析,导出各影响因素与机织物撕破强力的关系表达式;同时还探讨了实验参数对机织物撕破强力的影响:拉伸速度对机织物撕破强力影响不明显;在50cm隔距长度时,织物撕破强力最大,而后则随着隔距长度增加,机织物撕破强力逐渐减小。

Abstract:The tearing mechanism of woven fabrics is analyzed and the tear strengths of six fabrics are measured by using the single rip method. Using multi-variable regression in MATLAB, the relationship between fabric's tearing strength and various influencing factors are deduced. The influences of experiment parameters are also analyzed. It reveals that the strain rate does not obviously influence the tearing strength. The tearing strength achieves its maximum value at 50mm of gauge length. The tearing strength decreases with increasing gauge length.
