婴儿配方奶的研制

摘    要:本文以模拟人奶的营养组成为主要目标,通过在牛奶中添加脱盐乳清粉、无水奶油、精制植物油等手段,调整配方产品中蛋白质、脂肪和乳糖的组成;并根据初生六个月内婴儿的生长发育需要,强化了Fe、Zn和维生素A、B_1、C、D、E等微量营养素;同时对所试制的配方产品进行了营养组成分析,感官评定和卫生检验,结果表明:配方奶的营养组成与人奶十分接近。其配方是科学的,营养是合理的,加工工艺是可行的。

Abstract:The human milk is imitated by a kind of formulated infant milk byadding in the milk with demineralized whey Powder, dry butterfat and essential oil,etc., to adjust its pretein, fat and lactose. In order to meet the growth need for asix-month-old infant. elements such as Fe, Zn and Vitamin A, Bl, C, D and E are enriched.In this paper, its components are described. Nutrition analysis, sensory and sanitarytest evidences that this kind of formulated milk is very near human milk. It showsthat this formula is scientific and its nutrition is resonable. It is also worthy ofmentioning that its processing technology is feasible and economic.
