摘    要:探讨了落叶松KP浆ClO2漂白废水的特性,测定了废水的污染负荷,并与常规三段漂进行比较,进一步确认ClO2的漂白优势。结果表明,ClO2部分或全部替代元件氯,能有效地降低废水中的AOCl和CODCr,BOD5质量分数。各漂白程序的前两段总废水中的AOCl含量相对于CEH,D/CD1D1E2D2减少了42.3%,DE1D1E2D2减少76.2%,CODCr,BOD5含量比CEH分别低37%-45%,

Abstract:The properties of chlorine dioxide bleaching effluents of larch kraft pulp has been studied and are compared with CEH sequence. The results indicate that chlorinated organic compounds, COD Cr and BOD 5 in the effluents can be reduced effectively via part or total substitution of chlorine dioxide for chlorine. As far as the content of AOCl in the total effluents of the first and second stage, compare to CEH sequence, DE 1D 1E 2D 2 reduced 76.2%, and D/CE 1D 1E 2D 2 sequence reduced 42.3%. The content of COD Cr in the effluents of D/CE 1D 1E 2D 2 and DE 1D 1E 2D 2 sequence is 37%-45% lower, and BOD 5 lowered 24%-33% than CEH sequence's. The molecular weight of lignin in the first two stages effluents of DE 1D 1E 2D 2 is higher than that in the CEH sequence.
