落叶松KP浆ClO2漂白废水特性

探讨了落叶松ＫＰ浆ＣｌＯ２漂白废水的特性，测定了废水的污染负荷，并与常规三段漂进行比较，进一步确认ＣｌＯ２的漂白优势。结果表明，ＣｌＯ２部分或全部替代元件氯，能有效地降低废水中的ＡＯＣｌ和ＣＯＤＣｒ，ＢＯＤ５质量分数。各漂白程序的前两段总废水中的ＡＯＣｌ含量相对于ＣＥＨ，Ｄ／ＣＤ１Ｄ１Ｅ２Ｄ２减少了４２．３％，ＤＥ１Ｄ１Ｅ２Ｄ２减少７６．２％，ＣＯＤＣｒ，ＢＯＤ５含量比ＣＥＨ分别低３７％－４５％，

Properties of Chlorine Dioxide Bleaching Effluents of Larch Kraft Pulp

The properties of chlorine dioxide bleaching effluents of larch kraft pulp has been studied and are compared with CEH sequence. The results indicate that chlorinated organic compounds, COD Cr and BOD 5 in the effluents can be reduced effectively via part or total substitution of chlorine dioxide for chlorine. As far as the content of AOCl in the total effluents of the first and second stage, compare to CEH sequence, DE 1D 1E 2D 2 reduced 76.2%, and D/CE 1D 1E 2D 2 sequence reduced 42.3%. The content of COD Cr in the effluents of D/CE 1D 1E 2D 2 and DE 1D 1E 2D 2 sequence is 37%-45% lower, and BOD 5 lowered 24%-33% than CEH sequence's. The molecular weight of lignin in the first two stages effluents of DE 1D 1E 2D 2 is higher than that in the CEH sequence.
