基于ZigBee的多路应力测量系统设计

摘    要:为了精确测得和有效管理力学实验室中各测量点的应力数据,提出了基于ZigBee与LabVIEW的多路应力测量系统。其ZigBee无线网络将实验室中各应力测量点测得的数据信号发送到中心节点,中心节点通过RS232串口与上位机通信,将数据传至上位机,形成集散式力学测量实验系统。ZigBee无线网络采用MC13214芯片。上位机监测软件采用LabVIEW虚拟仪器软件进行编写,对采集的数据进行实时分析、处理、显示。

Abstract:The stress data of measurement points in the mechanical laboratory should be measured accurately and management effectively.The author proposed multiple channels' stress measurement system based on ZigBee and LabVIEW.ZigBee wireless network nodes transmit the stress data of measurement points to the central node,then the central node communicates the data to the host computer by RS232 serial interface,which establishing a distributing center system of mechanical measurement experimental system.MC13214 chip ...
