摘    要:聚合硅酸铝是一类性能优良的无机高分子絮凝剂。以水玻璃,硫酸铝,硫酸为原料,通过考察不同PH值条件下硅酸溶液的胶凝时间,Al^3+与SiO2摩尔比等因素对PSAA产品应用性能的影响,确定了PSAA的最佳合成条件为PH3-4,Al^3+与SiO2摩尔比0.8-1.2,活化时间30-50min。

Abstract:Polyaluminium silicate(PSAA) is an inorganic polymer flocculant with good performance. PASS is prepared with sodiun silicate, alumimium sulfate and sulfuric acid Considering various factor influencing the PASS performace, such as flooculating time under different pH and the Mole ratio of Al3+ /SiO2, we have determined the optimum sythesis condition: pH3 - 4, Al3 + /SiO2 Mole ratio 0. 81. 2, activation tim 30 - 50 min. Flocculating experiment reveals that PSAA is an excellemt flocculant which is suitable for treating papermaking waste water and city life waste water.
