微乳液-燃烧法制备纳米氧化锆的机理研究

摘    要:通过浓硝酸的氧化燃烧反应,对在可溶性锆盐溶液/环己烷/曲拉通-100/异丁醇形成的四元油包水微乳体系中,以浓氨水为沉淀剂制备的凝胶前驱体进行改进处理,并对燃烧过程的机理进行了探讨。通过XRD、TEM、激光粒度分析仪等方法对所制粉体的性能进行测试。结果表明,燃烧反应可显著降低晶体的转化温度,保证了纳米氧化锆粉体形貌;所得粉体的粒度均匀,粒径不大于30 nm,有轻微团聚。

Abstract:The gel precursor was prepared using concentrated ammonia and treated by combustion reaction using concentrated nitric acid as oxidant in the microemulsion system of cyclohexane/water/TritonX-100/isobutyl alcohol.The as-prepared nano-powder was characterized by X-ray diffractometry,TEM and Zetasizer.The results show that the combustion reaction can remarkably decrease the transform temperature of the crystalline,and keep the profile of the zirconia powder.The as-prepared powder has uniform diameter distribu...
