摘    要:基于亚硝酸根对溴酸钾氧化靛蓝二磺酸钠退色反应的催化作用,建立了一种在室温条件下(25℃)测定水中痕量亚硝酸根的方法.在608nm处,亚硝酸根含量在0.2~1.6 μg/10mL范围内与靛蓝二磺酸钠吸光度的减小值(△A)呈线性关系,检测限为0.02μg/mL.大多数常见离子无干扰.由Arrhenius方程求得表现活化能为39.7 kJ/mol.本方法简便快速,用于环境水样中痕量亚硝酸根的测定,结果满意.

Abstract:A sensitive and selective kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace nitrite at25t was developed, based on its catalytic effect on the oxidation of indigo carmine with potassium bromate in1. 0 mol/L phosphoric acid medium. The linear calibration range and detection limit is 0. 2 ~ 1. 6 ug/ 10 mLand 0. 02 ug/mL respectively. The apparent activation energy of the quasi zero order catalytic reaction is39. 7 kJ/mol. The method is simple and rapid. Most of the common ions did not interfere to the determination of nitrite. The method is applied to the determination of nitrite in water samples with satisfactory results.
