铁矿粉造球及焙烧实验研究

摘    要:以4种铁精矿和1种膨润土为原料,按照方案进行造球实验,分析不同方案中粒度、膨润土用量等对生球性能的影响,再通过球团焙烧实验,研究生球的焙烧性能,探索适宜的焙烧条件。结果表明,造球用铁精矿w(〈75μm粒级)≈75%,w(膨润土)=1.7%时,生球落下强度均在3次以上,抗压强度高于14 N;在温度1 150~1 200℃,时间12 min的条件下焙烧生球,获得的球团矿抗压强度高于2 000 N,完全满足工业生产要求。

Abstract:According to ingredient program, take four kinds of iron ore and one kind of bentonite as raw materials, the pelletizing exprient was carried out. The impact of green ball performance about particle size,ingredients program and the ratio of bentonite was analyzed. Roasting performance was stuied,and the appropriate temperature was explored by pellet roasting. Experiemet results show when the mass fraction of iron ore grain size of less than 75 μm is about 75% and the mass fraction of bentonite is 1.7%, the drop strength of green ball is more than three times, the compressive strength is higher than 14 N. Roasting green balls under the conditions of1 150~1 200 ℃ and 12 min, the compressive strength of pellet is higher than 2 000 N, which fully meets the requirements of industrial production.
