含BaO渣系“渣洗”脱硫工艺的试验研究

摘    要:济钢50t转炉采用BaO渣系,在出钢过程中,对钢水进行炉外“渣洗”脱硫工业性试验,结果表明:在含BaO渣系脱硫剂加入量8kg/t的条件下,平均脱硫率ηs≥35%,与不含BaO的CaO基脱硫剂相比,侬相对提高40%左右。含BaO渣系的硫容量(Cs)、硫分配系数(Ls)以及硫在渣中的传质系数(β(s))都比CaO-Al2O3-CaF2渣系的大;“混冲”能使钢渣界面积扩大1000倍以上,强化吹氩能增大钢渣界面积等,这些因素使脱硫率显著提高。该工艺简便、快速、经济和有效,可以投入大规模工业生产中

Abstract:: Introduced the industrial test on out-of-furnace slag-washing desulphurizing process of 50 t converter of Jigang by adopting BaO slag series, the result was that under the condition of adding 8 kg/t, the average desulphurrizing rate ηs≥ 35%, which, compared with that of CaO-based desulphurizing agent without BaO, was relatively improved by 40%.The sulfur capacity (Cs ) and sulfur distribution coefficient (Ls) of BaO slag series and mass transfer coefficient of sulfur in slag were bigger than those of CaO-A1203-CaF2 slag series, that mixed washing could enlarge the interface area of steel slag by 1000 times, and enhanced argon-blowing could also enlarge the interface area, all of which could obviously improve the desulphurizing rate. The research evidenced that the process was simple, rapid, economic and effective and can be put into large scale industrial production.
