钢包台车万向轴故障分析

摘    要:通过对宝钢钢包台车万向轴断裂断口、材料理化性能、疲劳强度等分析,指出了万向轴断裂的内因为十字轴轴承的台阶R角加工粗糙,产生应力集中;R角表面经过渗碳处理渗层,使其脆性增大;R角处渗层与基体的过渡层中存在着裂纹:十字轴的夹杂物较多,冲击值低;外因为恶劣的使用环境和不良操作习惯。据此提出了避免万向轴断裂的改进措施,避免类似事故的再次发生。

Abstract:Based on the analyses of fracture sec tion,material phisical -chemical properties and its fatique strength for the universal spindle used in Bao-Steel teeming ladle transfer car,t he causes of the spindle failure were found.The internal cause was stress concen tration in its spider chamer rough su rface and the crack between its base ma-terial and hardened surface existed in chamfer area;after the surface la yer carburization and hardening the chamfer surface was very brittle and because of material impurity the spider was i n low compact resistance condition.The external cause was regorous envirom ent the spindle used and the abnormal custom in operation.The improved method was suggested to avoid failur e of the universal spindle and the result of no similar accidents happenin g was achived.
