| 摘 要： | 对城市道路监控系统项目的总体要求作了充分地技术论证及可行性研究 ,并根据以往积累的丰富经验设计了一套科学、严密、完整的行之有效、安全可靠的方案。本方案对该系统的硬件构成、软件技术、接口、联网等方面作了总体设计。
