| 摘 要： | 在不确定理论问题中，由于涉及的主客观影响因素较多，需要进行综合决策。将信息熵理论中的主观熵权与客观熵权结合为一种混合熵权，同时兼顾两种因素对决策结果的影响，并把混合熵权决策方法引入到工程监理工作中。通过实例给予论证，为管理者找到一种科学合理的决策评价方法。

| Abstract: | In uncertain theory,due to many subjective and objective factors involved,decision-making should be considered comprehensively.Entropy weight method of subjective and objective are combined as a hybrid entropy weight,taking to account two factors influence on the decision results.The hybrid entropy weight method is applied to the engineering supervision,which provides scientific and reasonable evaluation method a for supervisor. |
