摘    要:提出了一种多参数可编程的全数字LED植物补光灯控制系统,基于CPLD设计了控制系统的控制盒、智能驱动器及LED植物补光灯头;根据实际情况设定了控制盒与智能驱动器之间的数据传输协议,并进行了功能仿真.结果表明:该系统可以针对不同植物、或同一植物在不同生长阶段的光质需求,有效地控制不同地址的LED植物灯红、蓝两基色达到预设的光照度灰度值,并输出相应的PWM占空比,满足植物按需补光的要求.

Abstract:An all-digital multi-parameter programmable control system of LED plant light supplement lamp is proposed.In the control system,the control box,the intelligent driver and LED lamp are designed based on CPLD.According to the actual situation,the data transfer protocol between the intelligent driver and the control box is set.Functional and timing simulation is done to the control system.The results show that the system can control red and blue color brightness of different address LED lamps to reach the preset light intensity gray value according to the light quality requirements of different plants,or of the same plants at different growth stages.Finally,the corresponding PWM control signal is output to meet the light supplement of plant.
