基于DSP+ARM的干式变压器状态监测系统硬件设计

摘    要:提出了一种基于DSP+ARM的干式电力变压器状态监测系统硬件方案.采用多路高速A/D在CPLD产生的同步时序控制下对变压器三相运行电压和负荷电流进行同步采样,采样数据经DSP处理后得到运行电压和负荷电流的有效值和各次谐波值;绕组温度、环境温湿度、磁芯接地电流、夹件接地电流、分接开关状态、冷却器状态由ARM处理器直接采样,最后ARM处理器将变压器的所有状态信息利用TCP/IP协议传至上位机.文中给出了该设计方案的硬件框图和硬件原理图.实验验证结果表明:该方案切实可行,监测数据准确可靠,能够完成对干式电力变压器的状态监测.
