| 摘 要： | 提出了浆纱过程中分纱力的定义及测试方法.以浆纱过程中的经纱密度、压浆力、浆纱速度为试验因子设计正交试验,运用分纱力测试仪测定浆纱过程中分纱力的值,研究了这3个因子分别对分纱力的影响程度及其显著性.结果表明:经纱密度对分纱力的影响最大,压浆力次之,浆纱速度最小;同时显著性分析得出经纱密度的F比为33.638,大于F0.0(52,2)的值,也可知经纱密度对分纱力的影响显著.
