APP/MPP/PER阻燃纯棉织物的阻燃性能

摘    要:选用聚磷酸铵作为酸源,聚磷酸蜜胺作为气源,季戊四醇作为碳源,以其三元复配物(APP/MPP/PER)作为膨胀型阻燃剂,以乙二醛为交联剂,对棉织物进行后整理,并测定整理后织物的阻燃性能.结果表明:APP/MPP/PER的最佳配比为10∶7∶1,阻燃棉织物的LOI值达到30.8,其阻燃等级达到UL94V-0级,具有较好的阻燃作用;热重分析结果表明,该阻燃体系提高了棉织物的热分解温度,提高了残炭率.

Abstract:Cotton fabrics are finished with intumescent flame retardant made with ammonium polyphosphate(APP) as acid source,melamine polyphosphate(MPP) as gas source and pentaerythrite(PER) as carbon source,glyoxal as cross linking agent.The flame retardance is tested with oxygen index,vertical burner and TG.The results show that the best ratio of all three APP/MPP/PER=10 ∶ 7 ∶ 1,the LOI value of flame-retardant cotton reaches 30.8% and reaches UL94V-0 so the cotton fabric finished by this APP/MPP/PER system has better flame-retardant properties.TG analysis shows that this system increases temperature of thermodegradation and increases the char yield.
