碱处理和果胶酶处理彩棉纤维吸湿性能的比较

摘    要:对彩色棉的杂质含量进行测定,认为果胶与脂蜡质是影响彩色棉吸湿性的主要因素,用果胶酶对彩色棉纤维进行煮练,并与传统的碱处理方式进行对比,结果证明,果胶酶处理不仅符合彩色棉的环保特性,而且处理后彩色棉的吸湿能力明显改善.

Abstract:The noncellulosic constituents of colored cotton are tested, and it is thought that pectin and wax are the main causes which influences the wettability of colored cotton. Pectinase and alkali are applied to boil colored cotton. Comparing these two methods, it is concluded that the application of pectinase does not only fulfills the requirement of environment protection of the colored cotton, but also improves its wettability obviously.
